CATALOGUE
1. How can I get a catalogue?

Due to the high cost of shipping and printing in full colour, there is a small charge to receive our catalogue. The charge for the catalogue is listed on the Catalogue Information page. To receive your copy of the catalogue, please print the Catalogue Information form (or make a handwritten copy of the information required) and mail with a cheque or money order to:
Bonnie's Cross Stitch Zone
PO Box 3009, Stn Terminal MPP
Kamloops, BC V2C 6B7
CANADA
We will accept payment by VISA or MasterCard for our foreign customers. (Minimum credit card order: $5.00CDN) You would automatically receive a complimentary copy of our catalogue with any merchandise order.

2. Does the catalogue have more supplies listed in it than the website?
No. Our very large selection of books and leaflets is changing and evolving constantly. The catalogue is printed on an annual basis and can takes months to go from the starting layout, to the prepress, and finally, to the printing press. The website, on the other hand, can be updated quickly with very few steps involved. Our catalogue does list all of the fabrics, threads, accessories, ready to stitch items, kits and a nice variety of books and leaflets in a quickly available format.

3. How much does it cost to ship my order overseas?
All international orders are shipped via Insured Mail. The actual shipping charge depends on the weight and value of the order. 1. How is my order shipped within Canada?
All orders within Canada are shipped by Expedited Parcel service from Canada Post. Expedited Parcel is a faster service than Parcel Post and includes the added security of insurance. We can also ship your order by Xpress Post or Priority Courier from Canada Post. Please call us for the rate for these services to your area.
2. How is my order shipped to The United States?
The majority of orders going to the USA are shipped via Small Packet Air Mail from Canada Post. Some of the bulkier parcels are shipped by Canada Post Ground Service.
3. How is my order shipped overseas?
All overseas orders are shipped via Insured Air Mail from Canada Post. We have found this is much less expensive than shipping by Parcel Mail and still gives you the security of insurance against loss.

ORDERING
1. How can I place an order?
You have many options for placing an order with us. You can place an order over the phone (in Canada call 1- 800-887-4230, outside Canada call 250-377-8662) or by e-mail if you are paying by VISA or MasterCard. If ordering by e-mail, make sure you tell us your mailing address, credit card number, expiry date, your name as it appears on your credit card and your functioning e-mail address. You can also print out the order form and mail it to us with a cheque or money order in Canadian dollars or mail it with your credit card information. We cannot accept money orders from foreign banks. The order form is quite lengthy to give you all of the shipping information but you only need to print out the first page. We will also accept a handwritten copy of the order form.

Only Canadian residents are required to pay tax. Orders going to the USA or overseas are not required to pay tax. Residents of British Columbia must pay PST (Provincial Sales Tax) and GST (Goods and Services Tax). Residents of Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, Ontario, Quebec, PEI and the Territories are required to pay GST.
3. Do I have to pay duty on my order?
If your order is being shipped outside of Canada, you may be required to pay duty or a custom's fee on your order once you receive it. You would have to check with your customs office or local post office to find out the applicable duty and/or fees, if any.
